I wish I could give Larry a 10 star review, he truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I met Larry through a random house match 50 miles from where I ended up purchasing my home. He stuck with me as a client through three years of back and forth about location and never once did I feel pressured to make a purchase. He advised me on properties I was unsure about, helped me through the loan process, recommended great inspectors, electricians, you name it he was involved in every part of my home purchase! He was always available, late calls at night, Sunday’s to go over paperwork he always had the time for me. He was amazing to work with and I would recommend him to absolutely anyone even thinking about buying a home. If you’re on the fence or this is the first review you’ve read, go with Larry! You will never regret it.

My experience working with Lawrence was great. Due to my limitations and requirements it took me 12+ month to find a house that was perfect for me. During this time Lawrence looked out for my best interest and would not allow me to impatiently settle on just any house. When necessary, Lawrence would point out structural damages, design flaws, cosmetics, and was helpful in identifying possible major repairs in some of the houses we visited. Most importantly, I got a good deal on the house which appreciated 22 percent higher than price paid. Overall I felt comfortable with Lawrence’s level of experience in real estate and beyond. Larry is an angel. I recently went through a nightmare of a real estate sale, involving my failed home inspection, a fortune in repairs on a 4 year old home, the most particular and finicky buyers in history, and a short sale to boot. I would never have made it through this ordeal without Larry. He was sympathetic, kind, understanding, and a wonderful guide on how to deal with each step appropriately and legally.
